We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in managing and optimizing Google platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business. The Google Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and improve overall digital marketing performance. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong business strategy planning skills and knowledge of social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
Should be experience in B2Bs and eCommerce Brands.
SEO and SEM:
Implement and manage SEO strategies using Google Search Console.
Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Optimize website content and structure for search engine ranking improvements.
Google Analytics:
Set up, configure, and maintain Google Analytics accounts.
Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
Google My Business:
Manage and optimize Google My Business listings.
Ensure accuracy of business information and engage with customer reviews.
Utilize GMB insights to enhance local search performance.
Performance Reporting:
Generate and present detailed performance reports on all Google platform activities.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
Business Strategy Planning:
Develop and implement business strategies that align with digital marketing goals.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve long-term business objectives.
Social Media Marketing:
Integrate social media marketing strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Track and report on social media performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Google algorithms and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using Google Search Console.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, including setting up custom events, goals, and reporting.
Experience with Google My Business optimization.
Strong business strategy planning skills.
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), and others are a plus.
