Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and enhance brand presence
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and make data-driven decisions
- Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the design and development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly online assets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and customer preferences
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns
- Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities and present findings to the management team
