In this exciting role, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospective students across various online channels.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels (based on budget allocation) to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Craft compelling email campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and provide valuable content to our student audience, with a focus on lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Manage communities, foster student interaction, and leverage social media for brand awareness.
- Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement, focusing on conversion optimization.
- Omnichannel Marketing (Optional): Develop and implement SMS or WhatsApp marketing campaigns (if applicable) to reach target audiences and provide timely updates. Utilize pop-up forms and push notifications on the Collegepond website to capture leads and promote valuable resources, further optimizing the user journey.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage allocated digital marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance across all channels (paid ads, email, social media), analyze data, and generate reports to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in lead generation, brand awareness, and campaign management.
- Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices for lead nurturing.
- Experience with social media management platforms, community engagement strategies, and content creation for social media.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mind with proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for the education sector and a desire to help students achieve their goals (a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
