Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies that align with the organization's Business goals.
- Responsible for creating marketing strategies & implementing the same on Online Ad platforms.
- Update existing content to include more keywords.
- Create digital marketing campaigns.
- Research keyword trends and create quality content.
- Be actively involved in all SEO efforts (Link building, keyword, image optimization etc.).
- Conducting on-page and off-page analysis of web SEO competition.
- Determine what content will reach customers and decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
- Run day-to-day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used and to create a unique brand identity online.
- Increase sales through online marketing.
- Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content.
- Expected to perform ad copywriting and content creation to support online marketing campaigns, includes writing guest posts for Digital PR campaigns, creating articles and other resources for organic search.
- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities.
- Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads and content.
- Work alongside graphic designers to support the marketing campaigns by creating visual assets.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate the results of your work. You will need to analyze campaign outcomes and show a positive return-on-investment from digital channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital marketing specialist.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in handling social media platforms.
- Experience in creating social media posts.
- Experience in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software such as Inshot, premiere pro is a plus point.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.
- Ability to work based on target matrices.
