Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot CRM Management: Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM for tracking marketing activities, lead nurturing, and customer engagement
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing) to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content to align with marketing goals
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails, using HubSpot tools
- SEO & SEM: Optimize digital content for SEO to drive organic traffic, and manage paid search campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools. Adjust strategies based on data insights
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads through inbound marketing initiatives
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage with the target audience and grow brand presence
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications & Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fiel
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on inbound marketing strategie
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tool
- Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media managemen
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot Analytic
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneousl
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex analytics and provide actionable insight
Preferred:
- HubSpot Certification(s) is a plus.
- Experience working in B to B segments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization tools.

Working Hours: 8 hours / day; 44 hours /week
Salary: Upto INR 30,000/Month
