Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads Campaigns (UAC, Search & display) to achieve key performance goals.
- Create multi-channel media plans with proper rationale as per the brief from the growth team and execute it to achieve the overall objectives.
- Analyse the past campaign performance & do extensive market research to recommend the changes in the current media strategy.
- Build hypotheses and regularly test & measure them to improve the efficiency of the existing campaigns.
- Must have worked on S2S event optimization, Audience development on Firebase, and Product catalogue optimisation.
- Work with the analytics team to understand the campaign data in detail & make the required changes in our strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the categories team to understand their campaign requirements and get them executed as per the business priority.
- Coordinate with design teams to create the briefs, share the references and get the required creatives made.
- Work closely with the product & tech teams for the timely execution of all the digital marketing-related tasks.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, preferably in e commerce.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale. Must have handled at least 2+ Crore monthly performance budget in the past.
- Good analytical and logical skills. Command on Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
- Previous experience in app measurement tools - AppsFlyer.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with various team stakeholders.
