Job Summary:
We are looking for aDigital Marketing Specialistwith4+ years of experienceto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will play a key role in managing our online presence across various digital platforms, ensuring our brand's visibility, and generating leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategiesacross multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Manage, monitor, and optimizePPC campaigns(Google Ads, Bing, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct thoroughkeyword researchand optimize website content to improve organic search rankings (SEO).
- Create and managecontent marketing strategies(blogs, videos, infographics) to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company's presence onsocial media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), creating regular content and engaging with followers.
- Analyze website and campaign performanceusing tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, preparing performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to createengaging digital assets(images, videos, and copy).
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and suggest new ideas to improve the company's online presence.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experiencein digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing toolssuch as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding ofSEOprinciples and techniques.
- Experience withemail marketing platforms(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong copywritingand communication skills.
- Data-driven mindsetwith the ability to analyze campaign performance and make improvements.
- Experience managingsocial media platformsand online communities.
- Familiarity withgraphic design tools(e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
