Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze PPC campaigns to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify and target key audiences effectively.
  • Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and extensions to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze performance data and produce insightful reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad copy, landing pages, and campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets for ad spend, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, search engine updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and SEO, to align strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Recommend new strategies to increase traffic, leads, and sales, and adapt campaigns to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficient in keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of shopping ads, remarketing, and display advertising.
  • Google Ads Certification or other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
