Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and Google Ads. If you also have content writing skills, that's a great advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings.

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

2. Social Media:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

- Create and schedule posts, and respond to comments and messages promptly.

3. Email Marketing:

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

- Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve open and click-through rates.

- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

4. Google Ads:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

- Monitor and optimize ad performance, including keyword selection, ad copy, and landing pages.

- Conduct A/B testing and use analytics tools to measure ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Content Writing (Preferred):

- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email, and websites.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools.

- Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies.

- Expertise in Google Ads, including PPC campaign management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- (Preferred) Content writing experience and skills.
