Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management
Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and campaigns.
Write compelling copy for ads, newsletters, and marketing materials.
2. Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor trends and audience behavior to optimize engagement strategies.
Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to build a strong online presence.
3. Meta Ads Management (Lead Generation and Sales)
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on generating quality leads and driving sales.
Perform audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests.
Optimize ad performance by analyzing data, tweaking creatives, and refining targeting strategies.
Monitor and control ad budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
A/B test ad creatives and formats to identify what resonates with the audience.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
Optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings.
Manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, ensuring high ROI.
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis for content strategies.
5. Email Marketing
Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and subscriber lists.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance metrics.
6. Analytics and Reporting
Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
7. Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
Track campaign budgets and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
8. Collaboration and Coordination
Work with internal teams (design, content, and development) to execute projects.
Coordinate with clients or stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
9. Innovative Marketing Strategies
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
Experiment with new techniques to achieve better engagement and growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in running Meta Ads for lead generation and sales.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and WordPress.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
