Job Description

Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: Rs.25000-35000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Manage, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.

Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and improvement.

Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy that aligns with target audience preferences and drives engagement.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize the budget for PPC campaigns to ensure efficient spending and alignment with business goals.

A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to improve ad performance and identify the best-performing strategies.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, updates, and best practices to ensure PPC campaigns are current and effective.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing PPC campaigns.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications: Google Ads Certification or similar certifications (preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with PPC tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
