As a Digital Marketing Executive at Intermax Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing our digital marketing strategies to grow our brand presence, engage potential clients and students, and drive business results. You will be working on various facets of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, email campaigns, paid ads, and content marketing.
Job Description:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, manage, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email/Whatsapp marketing, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track website analytics to improve organic rankings and drive traffic (Specialised Local SEO)
- Social Media Management: Manage and create content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Spotify) to build a strong online presence and engage the community. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to reach target audiences effectively and achieve maximum ROI.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Email/Whatsapp Marketing: Design and execute Email/Whatsapp marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. Monitor email performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing ie. AI Tools, emerging technologies, and competitors activities. Apply insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush. Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and manage the sales funnel effectively.
- Management: Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements. Maintain good relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Brand awareness - Spearheading brand awareness in the digital space and collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm new growth strategies.
- Influencer Marketing - Exploring different influencers to work with throughout the year and for specific campaigns.
Skills required:
- 5+ year of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress/Elementor
- Experience with managing business listings like Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect
- Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager / Agency background experience.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics Tools
- Brand Management knowledge
