Planning & implementing online lead generation campaigns on various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Taboola, and similar
Launch paid search, display & discovery campaigns, set-up and mange target audiences, write and verify ad-copies and continually optimize ads for better performance
Plan and manage campaign expenses, manage overall budget and reconcile spend discrepancies across various platforms
Optimize landing pages & ad copies, perform A/B testing, generate heatmaps to understand user behaviour on the landing pages/websites
Introduce new optimization strategies, perform ongoing keyword discovery & expansion
Monitor competition and optimize campaigns to always stay ahead of the competition
Conduct campaign level testing, collect data and form trends and insights to achieve positive and maximum ROAS across all paid campaigns
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on overall lead generation performance
Staying up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies
Co-ordinate with designers & developers to create banners, landing pages & mock-ups
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Has a Real Estate experience (added advantage)
Working experience as a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist, Pay Per Click Manager, or a similar role in the Digital Marketing Department
Strong understanding of Bid manage strategies
Familiar with A/B Testing, Heatmaps generation & drawing insights
Thorough knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads & funnel set-up
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
