Position Responsibilities
- Manage a team of high performing individuals focusing on Programmatic - DV360 Optimization
- Demonstrate product knowledge, provide thought leadership, and drive improvement initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between all stakeholders
- Deliver on the all operational and business KPIs/ SLAs, track team utilization, bandwidth, capacity and allocate resources for any new accounts which have to be onboarded
- Lead business review meetings with stakeholders and clearly communicate business/ ops performance
- Provide timely feedback to team members and effectively conduct employee reviews, define OKRs/ goals for the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 8-15 years of overall experience and strong focus on Digital Marketing/Media Operations
- 5 years of experience in People management and Process Management
- Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening)
- Strong understanding of online advertising & 3rd party advertising concepts, familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as DSPs, DCM or DFP, as well as YouTube for advertising will be preferred
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office/GSuite
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Post graduate Degree in a business discipline
- Experience in managing Optimization/ Implementation process will be an added advantage
