Job Title
The Digital Marketing Principal Specialist will guide the strategic direction for their assigned clients by translating business objectives into marketing initiatives and leading the Performance Analysts, SEO Analysts, and other supporting teams.
They will regularly present the Digital Media strategy, performance results, and recommendations to clients leadership and marketing teams, and coordinate with the Amadeus Account Manager/Sales Director on commercial issues. The Account Director will work closely with the Amadeus Customer Delivery team to ensure a strong strategic focus in all aspects of clients marketing programs.
This role requires an experienced professional in digital marketing with a background in hospitality, capable of presenting and explaining digital marketing strategies and tactics. The Account Director must be familiar with the entire process from developing a strategic plan to launching and managing campaigns.
You will primarily work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate these into an overall digital marketing strategy, including client budget recommendations and target client revenue objectives.
Review and approve tactical recommendations compiled from the supporting digital media staff and present the tactics and actual performance results to the client regularly (at the agreed frequency).
Your focus will be on growing the business in the market as a subject matter expert, ensuring continuous discussion to focus on market scalability.
Work closely with the Regional VP, you will assess clients revenue growth objectives and develop strategic solutions to grow existing revenue.
You will also focus on market scale to target prospects in Asia and grow the clientele. They will build lasting relationships with clients and prospects, negotiate resolutions to client issues, and provide continuous strategic recommendations for sustainable Brand.com revenue growth.
Track KPIs that is goaled on, ensuring regular communication with all the stakeholders to improve underperforming stats. Ensure effective practices and processes are being followed in the execution of the digital strategy.
Coordinate with the global team to ensure consistent implementation, optimization, insights, and all other aspects of Digital Media campaigns.
Guide and collaborate existing and new employees Team engagement positive team spirit, developing overall team skills.
10+ years experienced in digital marketing or Performance marketing with a background in travel.
Capable of presenting and explaining recommended digital marketing strategies and underlying tactics.
Thoroughly familiar with the process from developing a strategic plan to launching a new campaign, through continuous campaign management.
Strong strategic focus embedded in all aspects of clients marketing programs.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and prospects, negotiating resolutions.
