Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead who will spearhead our marketing activities, both inbound and outbound. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:Develop and execute strategies for both inbound and outbound lead generation to drive business growth.
• Digital Advertising:Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI.
• CRM Management:Oversee CRM systems to ensure effective customer relationship management and data-driven marketing efforts.
• Social Media Management:Lead the management of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Website Management:Ensure the company website is optimized for performance, user experience, and lead generation.
• Product Marketing:Develop and implement product marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform strategy and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management.
• Proven experience in managing Google AdWords, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in product marketing and website management is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
