Job Overview
As a Paid Ads Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving client success through effective campaign strategies, performance tracking, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to meet client objectives.
- Audience Targeting: Identify and target the right audience segments for campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate budgets across different channels, maximizing ROI while adhering to client budgets.
- A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance and optimize ad creatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to continually refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record in an agency environment, with at least 1 year of experience managing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking and optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, and third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
- Creativity in ad copy and design, with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
