As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will play a key role in our marketing team, focusing on performance marketing, email marketing, new technology implementation, website plugins, and SEO.
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media ads, display advertising).- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing to achieve ROI and KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- New Technology Implementation:
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Train the team on new tools and ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.
Manage and optimize website plugins to improve user experience and functionality.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure plugins are up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues related to plugins.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze marketing data and generate insights to inform decision-making.- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and other key metrics.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Develop engaging content and design for email newsletters and promotional emails.
Analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
_Qualifications:
_- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in the electronic gadget industry.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, email marketing, SEO, and digital marketing technologies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools).- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices is a plus.
