We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think creatively and strategically. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital channels. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Manage and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, from ideation to execution, including budget management, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-12 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Experience with marketing automation tools and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives
- Experience in project management and budget management
- Certifications in digital marketing such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing are a plus
