Job Description

Role & Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for managing a team and implementing various digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Content Marketing:
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, such as blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and audience relevance.

Social Media Management:
  • Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms.
Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and foster community growth.

Paid Advertising:
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display, and social media ads.
Optimize ad spend, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.

SEO and SEM:
  • Implement and oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.

Email Marketing:
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Maintain a healthy email subscriber list and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.
Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Website Management:
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
Implement A/B testing and landing page optimization strategies.

Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum impact.
Monitor expenses and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.

Stay Updated:
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Make recommendations for adopting new tools or strategies to improve results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 40,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
