Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Formulation
- - Identifying, crafting, and implementing Marketing strategy for new Franchisee Acquisition and Enrollment and Brand Building.
- - Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan for each product (course); directing promotional support.
- - Creation of campaigns to help meet business objectives.
- - Marketing, Consumer Engagement, New center launches, Media Planning and Management.
- - Lead the organizations brands portfolio strategy which comprehensively addresses market and competitors.
Digital and social media
- - Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the digital and social strategy.
- - Digital Marketing includes SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, and social campaigns.
- - Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy.
- - Connected to the latest thinking in digital technologies, trends, innovations, and activations which maximize engagement.
- - Monitor digital tools, analytics, and trends to understand the target market and what, where how and why content is consumed by the customers.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience candidates
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
