THRS is seeking an experienced professional to propel digital marketing strategies and digital communications targeted towards B2B and B2C. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead trade marketing initiatives and digital communication strategies tailored for B2B audiences at THRS and B2C for clients
- Develop and execute end-to-end plans for digital communications, including email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, social media and personalised content creation
- Analyse data and insights to optimise digital marketing activities aimed at trade partners, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI
- Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement among travel agents and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness in trade marketing campaigns
- Provide strategic guidance on content development and distribution channels to effectively reach and engage trade partners
- Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and optimise future strategies
Position Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing and digital communications, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and content personalisation for B2B and B2C audiences
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp analytics) to track and measure campaign performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous
- Proven track record of managing successful trade marketing campaigns and driving business growth through digital channels
