We re looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to manage a team share his expertise and knowledge with team. Our ideal candidate must have experience in developing executing digital campaigns to generate project specific leads managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities at a large scale as well as work on long-term strategy development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to Plan, execute, review, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals KPIs on paid media platforms Google Ads /Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads etc.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration to generate leads on everyday basis.
- Take complete ownership of digital promotion based on key insights and trends of past campaigns and ensure it achieves desired goals.
- Ensure day to day implementation of paid search tactics that include keyword development, budget allocation, as well as campaign optimization, planning and executing digital media campaigns based on the client s objective.
- Create Ad Campaigns, Monitor, Review, and Improve Send Reports to find new opportunities to drive traffic lead generation programs to measure ROI.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Manage the team of SEO/SMM/SMO/SEM/Web developer.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the daily operations
- Bridge Gap between client team.
- A strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide-range communication strategies including all forms of media.
- Proven working 5+ years of experience Google Ads/ Facebook Ads/ Social Media Optimisation
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to prove usability.
