Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Tekraa Digital, you will play a key role in shaping our clients online presence and growth. You will be responsible for designing and executing effective social media content strategies, enhancing brand engagement, and driving lead generation through targeted campaigns. Your experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with copywriting and branding expertise, will be critical to the success of this role. A bonus if you have some knowledge of web design!
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content that reflects the brand's tone and increases followers and engagement
- Run targeted campaigns to grow follower base and drive conversions
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using data-driven insights
- Content Strategy & Branding:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and brand-consistent content
- Craft attention-grabbing copy that connects with the target audience
- Keep up with social media trends and implement strategies to ensure brands remain competitive
- Performance Marketing:
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve lead generation goals
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness
- Lead Generation:
- Design and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for clients across paid and organic channels
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead conversion objectives
- Basic Web Design Knowledge:
- Coordinate with the web design team to ensure landing pages are optimized for lead generation and user experience
- Provide input on improvements to drive higher conversion rates
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media management and performance marketing
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with a focus on lead generation and growing followers
- Strong copywriting skills and a deep understanding of brand content strategy
- Basic web design knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
