Job Description

Objective: Generate high-quality leads from big companies in India through various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and channels for Tangence India.

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring it aligns with Tangence India's brand and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

  • SEO:
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Social Media:
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and followers from target big companies.

  • Performance Marketing:
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Website Management:
  • Oversee website design and development projects to ensure optimal user experience and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular website audits and implement necessary improvements.

  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations.

  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation for B2B services.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, performance marketing, and website design and development.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience targeting big companies in the Indian market is a plus.
