We are looking for a talented Digital Content Marketing Manager to take full responsibility of managing and delivering content marketing strategies for our clients.
Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it's essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and digital marketing trends.
Ultimately, you should be able to expand our client's digital footprint and brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Come up with digital/content marketing strategies across various digital channels including SEO, Paid Search, Social, Email Marketing, Content, etc., to generate more leads
- Set short-term goals for the projects (KPIs)
- Deliver an effective digital/content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives of our clients at the lowest possible cost
- Coordinate with all creative resources for a project, including strategy & planning, designers, writers and other agency personnel
- Undertake digital/content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with design, writing and production teams to produce and distribute high-quality content
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Edit, proofread and improve the content
- Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Analyse web traffic metrics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Accountable for all digital/content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
- Editorial requirements include a sound understanding of various digital channels including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
- Ensure content is consistent with our client's brand voice, style and tone.
- Editorial calendar and organisation workflows must be developed and managed.
- Liaise with the teams managing the various digital channels, e.g. search, social media and email/ newsletter distribution to deliver results.
- Measurement and optimisation of the client programs will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
- Executive presentations, to the management team and the client, on the program approaches and results will be required.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to draft briefs for copywriters, designers, etc.
- Enjoy the creative process and show a willingness to contribute relevant ideas
Requirements

- 8+ yrs of experience in Digital Marketing/Content Marketing
- Good leadership skills
- Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Understanding of web publishing requirements
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Expertise in social media platforms
- This person must understand the best practices of search, social media, email marketing channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
- This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our clients audience is looking for and then to optimise the path to conversion
- Experience creating content for the web and growing traffic and conversions based on content marketing
- Ability to analyse and report on content performance and KPIs
- Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing & content automation, content syndication, and the top social channels.
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the budget, the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement & leads for our clients.
- Experience with UK clients or other international clients is a plus.
