- Education from Tier I campuses - IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, ISB, SPJIMR, XLRI, MDI, FMS. If Tier II Other IIMs, IITB VJSOM / XIMB / NMIMS / IMT Ghaziabad / SIBM - more number of years of relevant work ex and references required
