Fidelity are proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. We want people to feel confident and excited about investing with us and our social team plays a critical role in this goal. If you are you passionate about digital marketing and love thinking of creative ways to improve engagement and conversions then we've got an exciting opportunity for you.
About The Digital Marketing Team
The digital marketing team is broadly split into a new business (acquisition) team and a customer growth (cross-sell and upsell) team. We collaborate closely with the wider marketing teams, multiple internal stakeholders and our third-party agencies. We have a dedicated manager for all key channels with a digital agency supporting delivery of our paid activities. We are a dynamic and ambitious team who'll support your development every step of the way.
About your role:
You'll help support the wider digital marketing team activities but have specific responsibility for managing the Referral (refer-a-friend) channel. This channel is already running and showing promise but we want someone to expand it, refine it and take it to the next level.
You'll help define the strategy and lead the design, execution, and optimization aspects. This role requires a strong blend of marketing expertise, data analysis and stakeholder management - working closely with other teams to deliver channel growth.
You'll be passing data between 3rd party solutions so a good understanding of data protection and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) compliance regulations would be an advantage.
About you:
We are looking for someone ambitious who has experience in the following areas:
- Delivery of channel strategy & execution that aligns with the company's growth objectives and customer acquisition goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Designing creative and compelling promotions that motivate customers to engage and participate - using customer segmentation to tailor referral campaigns to different customer groups to maximise relevance and appeal.
- Data analysis & optimisation of campaign performance data to monitor KPIs, identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Compliance & regulatory adherence - ensuring all referral campaigns / landing pages / processes comply with FCA regulations, including financial promotion rules and data protection requirements (GDPR). This is an essential part of the role but support and training can be given via our team and compliance teams if no prior experience
- Collaboration & stakeholder management skills - being able to work effectively with product, marketing, customer service, and compliance teams (and many more) to ensure successful and, wherever possible, automated campaign or always on activity
- Customer query resolution - acting as the primary point of contact for all referral campaign-related enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
- Presenting campaign performance insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Feel rewarded:

And we will be as flexible as we can about where and when you work finding a balance that works for all of us. It is all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team.
