Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our education-focused organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, and utilizing digital tools to drive enrollment, enhance brand awareness, and increase online presence for educational programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote educational programs and increase student enrollment.
- Create and implement SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to generate leads and boost visibility for the institution's offerings.
Content Marketing & Branding
- Oversee content creation across various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, email campaigns).
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and engages prospective students.
- Manage the development of creative assets, including graphics, videos, and written content.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
Website & SEO Management
- Lead SEO optimization efforts for the company's website, ensuring visibility and improving organic traffic.
- Regularly audit and update website content for improved user experience and conversion.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and student outreach.
- Utilize email automation tools to streamline processes and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide detailed monthly performance reports to the management team, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
Market Research
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, particularly in the education sector, to maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark digital strategies and tactics.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Content, Sales) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to expand the marketing reach.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Skills:
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Data-driven approach to campaign management and reporting.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
