Job Description

  • Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Digital Marketing Specialist is part of the marketing team and will work with regional marketing to launch campaigns on time, and within budget with strict adherence to Key performance indicators.
  1. Manage all digital marketing channels (eg microsites, websites, and social media) to ensure brand consistency
  2. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  3. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  4. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and discovery advertising campaigns
  5. Design, build and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
  6. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Return of Interest and Key performance indicators)
  7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  9. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  11. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  12. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  13. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  14. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  15. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
  16. Advise other employees on their social media activity (eg how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)
  17. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  18. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  19. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update them on websites
  20. Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
  21. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
  22. Demonstrate UTM tracking
  23. Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  24. Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  25. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
  26. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising
  27. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  28. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  29. Strong Knowledge of designing websites on Word Press & Plugins, HTML, PHP, .net, hosting servers, and domain name providers
  30. Strong Knowledge of Google workspace tools, Google search console
  31. A Basic understanding of designing creative images & videos for discovery ads campaigns with help of graphic designers
  32. Monitor Website Position which ranks on top and maintain it with SEO techniques
  33. Improve lead quality by taking feedback from the sales team and targeting them according to their requirements.
  34. Data Churning of CRM leads filter and assign to the salesperson according to their project requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
  1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  6. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  7. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  8. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg, DART, Atlas)
  9. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  10. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  11. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  12. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
