Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate property advisory firms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and hands-on experience in digital marketing channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, generate leads, and increase brand visibility within the real estate sector.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Content Creation:
Create engaging and relevant content tailored to the real estate audience, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website content.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing assets that align with the brand's messaging and marketing goals.

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

SEO & SEM:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance user experience.
Manage SEM campaigns to ensure effective keyword targeting and maximize ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, ROI, and insights to senior management.

Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and investors interested in real estate advisory services.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and client needs.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance digital marketing efforts and execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on the real estate property advisory sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media marketing.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
