Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals, including increasing online visibility, engagement, and fundraising.
Content Creation: Create compelling and impactful digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more, to engage and inform our audience.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn by creating and sharing relevant and engaging content.
Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to communicate with donors, supporters, and subscribers, promoting events, campaigns, and updates.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to improve the organization's search engine rankings and website visibility, driving organic traffic.
Paid Advertising: Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to increase brand awareness and drive donations.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing analytics and performance metrics, track campaign results, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our efforts.
Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with our audience.
Website Management: Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date with current information.
Crisis Management: Handle sensitive or crisis situations on digital platforms with professionalism and in alignment with our organization's values.
