Job Description


    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to achieve business objectives and targets.
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of tracking tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms, to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tracking requirements and ensure proper tagging and tracking implementation across all digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy optimization and decision-making.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, analytics, and tracking implementation, sharing knowledge and insights with team members to drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of tracking data, troubleshooting issues and resolving discrepancies as needed.
    • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success.


      Requirements
      Requirements:
      • Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Masteru2019s degree preferred.
      • Proven experience in digital marketing management, analytics, and tracking implementation, with a focus on driving business results through data-driven strategies.
      • Expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
      • Strong understanding of tracking implementation best practices, including tagging methodologies, event tracking, and data layer implementation.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
      • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
