Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Perungudi, Chennai)
We are searching for a proficient Digital Marketing Manager with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, specializing in SEO, SEM, SMO, and ecommerce products. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and meta ads, and will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing online traffic and enhancing brand visibility.
2. Plan and implement SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Utilize advanced features of Google Analytics to monitor website performance, track user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.
6. Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in relation to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and meta ads.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets optimized for digital marketing campaigns.
9. Monitor and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
10. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, and provide recommendations for their integration into digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, SMO, and ecommerce products.
2. Demonstrable expertise in Google Analytics, including advanced features such as custom reporting, goal tracking, and audience segmentation.
3. Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns, with experience in keyword research, ad creation, and bid optimization.
4. Familiarity with meta ads platforms and strategies for optimizing meta ad campaigns.
5. Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
6. Strong understanding of web analytics tools, ad serving platforms, and other digital marketing technologies.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
9. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in relation to Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO and Meta ads.
