Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The incumbent will drive the marketing initiatives for our clients and manage internal online initiatives. As the Digital Lead, she/he will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with both the clients and our business goals.

Design and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels: social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and more.
Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, ensuring creative collaboration and high performance.
Set and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding, messaging, and user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, adapting strategies accordingly.
Manage and optimize the website for improved user experience and conversion rates (CRO).

Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields (Master's preferred).
Proven experience of 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with strong client management skills.
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and able to derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, with proficiency in project management.
