Job Description

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at KIISINSTITUTE , you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. You will gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels and learn how to create content, analyze data, and engage with our audience.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Help develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including writing and designing email templates. Support the creation of digital content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and graphics.

Conduct keyword research and help optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community on social media.

Assist with market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging materials.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing principles.

Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.

.Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
