The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing. The role requires a data-driven approach to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be well-versed in paid media platforms, and have a track record of delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy Execution : Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Budget Management : Oversee and allocate the marketing budget across various channels to ensure optimal spending and maximum ROI.
- Performance Tracking Analysis : Monitor key performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize and scale campaigns.
- A/B Testing Optimization : Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continually improve campaign performance.
- Audience Targeting : Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies using data, analytics, and insights to improve ad relevance and engagement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Work with web development, UX, and design teams to optimize landing pages and funnels to increase conversion rates and improve overall campaign performance.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams : Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure that ad creatives, copy, and messaging are aligned with campaign goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Reporting Insights : Create and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns. Present these findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Paid Media Strategy : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing platforms and industry best practices to refine and evolve the paid media strategy.
- Vendor Partner Management : Manage relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, and platform representatives to ensure smooth campaign execution and access to the latest tools and features.
- Customer Acquisition Retention : Drive strategies that focus not only on customer acquisition but also on customer retention through paid media efforts, working closely with retention and lifecycle marketing teams.

Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience : 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media with a proven track record of managing campaigns and delivering results.
- Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and tracking tools (e.g., GTM, Pixel management).
- Proficient in A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Experience in budget management and forecasting.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies in an easily understandable manner.
