Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services.

Job location: Bhopal, Work from office

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST, Daylight 7:00 pm to 4:30 am IST)

Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

Min 5yr exp. required in Digital Marketing and relevant exp. in HubSpot CRM

Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry/niche.

Experience in setting up and optimizing HubSpot campaigns.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing HubSpot, PPC, email marketing, social media (LinkedIn) advertising campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences on LinkedIn and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, in HubSpot, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns on LinkedIn.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Hand on experience on HubSpot CRM.

Manage social media accounts like LinkedIn and create engaging content
