We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance marketing manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a monthly paid ads budget of at least 10 lakhs and possess strong expertise in SEO, social media, and various digital marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Oversee a monthly paid ads budget of at least 10 lakhs, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our audience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Extremely good at Excel, report creations.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in managing a monthly paid ads budget of at least 10 lakhs.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
