Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance marketing manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a monthly paid ads budget of at least 10 lakhs and possess strong expertise in SEO, social media, and various digital marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee a monthly paid ads budget of at least 10 lakhs, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our audience.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Extremely good at Excel, report creations.



Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in managing a monthly paid ads budget of at least 10 lakhs.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
