Responsibilities:
1) Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and market trends.
2) Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
3) Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and generate insightful reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
4) SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve organic search visibility and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
5) Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and implement strategies to grow audience reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
6) Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, create compelling content, and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analysis.
7) Content Distribution: Identify opportunities for content distribution, collaborate with content creators, and leverage various distribution channels to reach the target audience effectively.
8) Budget Management: Allocate budgets effectively across different digital marketing channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
9)You will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and high-quality written content for various digital platforms
10) Conceptualizing and creating visual designs for digital and print materials, including websites, mobile apps, social media graphics, brochures, posters, logos, and other marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate marketing strategies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
