Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. This role involves managing the company's digital presence, including websites, social media, SEO, and online advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and achieve key business objectives.
- SEO & SEM:
- Manage and improve the company's organic search rankings and online presence.
- Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create and promote high-quality content across various digital platforms.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Online Advertising:
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic and campaign performance.
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Website Management:
- Oversee website management, ensuring that it is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
- Work with web developers to implement website updates and improvements.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring they are motivated and delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Experience with B2B or B2C digital marketing in [specific industry] is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
