Role Description
Evolve and implement communication strategies which cut way through the multi layered audience consisting of healthcare practitioners, enablers, distributors and other stakeholders, in a planned and timeline based manner.
Plan and implement a monthly marketing calendar for online/offline campaigns through liasioning with designers and scientific team. Contribute to development of creative assets and implement the weekly promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with advertising agencies and synchronize with internal team for creating brand communication, promotional collaterals and scientific material.
Extend support to promotional events like scientific seminars, CMEs; organize training programs for franchises, sales team.
Analytics to measure communication effectiveness, build quantified insights based on sales data, consumer behavior, franchise performance and other performance dashboards. Implement initiatives for SEO improvement.
Develop an understanding of regulatory constraints and ensure the brand communication and impressions are within the frameworks.
Liaise closely with the sales team, figure out the promotional needs, product training needs etc. and fulfil the same.
Work on customer retention journey using marketing tools to trigger personalized emails and push notification
Implemented go-to-market strategy for new geographies by understanding the local culture, mindset and barriers/ triggers.
Keep a tab on competition and accordingly design the chess moves thinking several steps ahead in time.
* Should quickly develop a good understanding of the pregnancy, newborn and early childhood space and use the same to work communication strategies which appeal to this segment. An interest in childhood
disorders (mental disabilities, autism etc) will be a plus. (No prior technical knowledge required).
