Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos
Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams
Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their business objectives and tailoring marketing solutions to their needs.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish project timelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Progress Tracking: Meticulously update project management tools to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email, professionally addressing queries and providing regular status updates.
Lead Engagement: Engage with potential clients from Facebook, Google Ads, and the FyerX website, nurturing leads and identifying opportunities.
Documentation: Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents to formalize client engagements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges
Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.
