The Role
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Writers, and Social Media Managers.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Diversified Marketing: Explore and implement additional marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, and events.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a diverse team.
- Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and explore innovative marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
