Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - FMCG Sector
Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and lead the digital marketing strategy for our fast-growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) FMCG brand. This role is focused on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and performance optimization, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Paid Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant social media channels.
- Landing Page Optimization: Design and refine landing pages to maximize conversion rates, improving customer journey experiences.
- Social Media Management: Oversee brand social media channels to drive engagement, foster customer loyalty, and enhance brand presence.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to design and execute high-quality, engaging marketing assets.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Strategic Recommendations: Assess and recommend strategic changes to enhance marketing outcomes based on emerging industry trends and campaign data.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on new technologies, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, analytics, and campaign management in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
- Skills:
