Design, implement, and monitor effective digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Oversee and manage all paid marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and others, ensuring optimized spend with maximum return.
Develop strategies to generate leads, convert leads into sales, and nurture customer relationships.- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to continuously optimize strategies and report insights to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, implementing new technologies and methodologies that enhance campaign performance.
Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects.- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior marketing staff.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social media campaigns and lead generation.
Demonstrated success in managing substantial digital advertising budgets and leading sales-generating campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.
