Prepare Job Description based on input received from different departments- Post new positions on websites, job boards & different social media platforms such as Linkedln, Facebook
- Coordinate with web developer to post any new job opening on company's Job Portal
- Screening resumes and applications
- Take 1st round of interview to shortlist candidates
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
