We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads. This role demands a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, data analysis, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Ad Copy & Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that align with campaign goals and audience preferences.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for different ad formats, targeting options, and creative elements to continuously improve campaign performance.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure cost-effective use of resources while meeting performance targets.
SEO & SEM: Work alongside the SEO team to ensure a cohesive search marketing strategy that maximizes visibility and engagement.
Audience Targeting: Utilize data-driven strategies to define, segment, and target audience groups effectively, ensuring campaigns reach the right people.
Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights for stakeholders, providing recommendations for future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms.
Experience with affiliate marketing and partnership management.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization.
Strong understanding of customer journey and funnel optimization.
