Job Description:
Digital Marketing Manager is required to oversee the company's digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team of digital marketing professionals supporting the global offices. The position reports to the VP of Marketing and will focus on strategies to lead to new customer acquisitions through improved website traffic, conversions, and revenue. The role requires the successful candidate to keep abreast of new technologies in the market and be at the forefront of digital marketing to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Key Qualifications :
- Must have at least 10+ years of relevant experience working in digital marketing/digital analytics and with a multinational organization.
- Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing etc.
- A strong understanding of search and social media marketing platforms will be preferred.
- Performance-driven and has the maturity to meet targets
- Strong people skills are a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to meet business objectives.
- Identify and implement website best practices that drive a best-in-class customer experience to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize conversion rates and grow the digital channel.
- Manage all brand communications through digital channels, setting up, selling and executing a vision, from delivering standalone projects to integrated campaigns, developing brand presence and tracking online activity.
- Develop, execute and deliver the company's digital/online marketing strategy, plan and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce and SEO to drive the business forward through key marketing channels.
- Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through the client's website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing.
- Explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver communication and business objectives.
- Manage all company communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost-effective targets.
- Ensure smooth running and completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM (PPC) and social marketing activities with a focus on the 4 major platforms Google, Facebook, YouTube and Bing.
- Responsible for displaying content (banners) and campaigns.
Education :
Tertiary qualifications from a recognized university, college or accredited learning facility in Marketing or Communications, a Bachelor's Degree.
