Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager specializing in hands-on end-to-end execution of digital campaigns to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including Demandbase, Salesforce, HubSpot, programmatic advertising, and Google Ads. Your expertise in SaaS tech and global brands will be crucial in driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results. The candidate should be from prominent global tech/SaaS companies and track record of delivering successful campaigns, comfortable in high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

    • Campaign Management:
      • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Demandbase, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms
      • Manage programmatic advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and performance
      • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, maximizing ROI and driving conversions
      • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Demonstrate proficiency in various marketing automation and advertising platforms
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
      • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth campaign execution
    • Data Analysis:
      • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance
      • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations
      • Provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies
Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the SaaS tech industry
    • Track record of successfully managing campaigns on Demandbase, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms
    • Expertise in programmatic advertising and Google Ads
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation and advertising technologies
    • Proficiency in analytics tools and data analysis
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven Experience:
      • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the SaaS tech industry
      • Track record of successfully managing campaigns on Demandbase, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms
      • Expertise in programmatic advertising and Google Ads
  • Preferred Certifications/ Qualifications:
    • Demandbase (Foundations & Advanced) certification
    • Salesforce certification
    • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields.
